This is an add-on option where he would already be booked as a speaker and, in addition to that role, facilitate smooth, professional introductions, announcements and transitions for the entire event. 50% of agreed investment is required upon confirmation of the program. It is requested that this deposit be sent via overnight express mail once the date has been agreed upon. (The remaining 50% of the program investment is to be paid by the client on the day of the event.)
If the client cancels the engagement for any reason less than 60 days prior to the agreed upon date, the client will forfeit the deposit. Otherwise Motivational Concepts will gladly refund the deposit if we are able to re-book the date.
