 As the author of the motivational guide for life titled, Focus Your Power and the former managing editor of Business Solutions magazine, Michael L. Stahl is always on the leading edge of "quantum-growth learning techniques". The American Tae Kwon Do Federation has published Michael L. Stahl's articles on Marketing Without Money throughout Korea. He also writes a weekly column called the The Motivational Moment that talks about how to "Focus Your Power" for maximum productivity and well-balanced success. Michael's work has been published in numerous magazines including Entrepreneurial Edge and Mortgage Originator. His articles have also been published in many trade publications and newspapers from the Marketplace to the Orlando Business Journal. He is a popular radio and television guest and has appeared on CNN Financial News discussing successful business strategies.

He has extensive world experience having traveled to 17 different countries around the globe. Leadership
Real world experience shapes Michael L. Stahl's leadership philosophies. He is a former State President of Oklahoma DECA where he worked closely with the Oklahoma Congress to pass two resolutions declaring "DECA Week" in the state. Michael led more than 4,000 DECA members to promote free enterprise in their communities through public service announcements, press releases, coupon books, poster competitions, display cases, television and radio appearances and community seminars. Michael has taught for The Leadership Development Institute, The Vocational Leadership Institute and The Oklahoma State Leadership Enrichment Program. He has been a guest lecturer at his alma mater, Oklahoma State University, and Valencia Community College. Michael has also achieved high sales status in a variety of different fields ranging from retail to talent education. He is a powerful motivator who leads by example.

As the former Vice-President of Programs and Immediate Past-President of the Central Florida Chapter of the National Speakers Association, Michael understands the challenges of meeting planners. Since he has actually planned events and booked speakers from around the country, he is sensitive to the wants and needs of meeting professionals. 

During his term as President of NSA-Central Florida, Michael increased attendance at meetings by nearly 50%, increased membership by more than 30% and tripled the chapter treasury in only 12 months.

Michael is also a Past-President of the Central Florida Convention Services Association and was a member of the Board of Directors for five years. A strong community leader, he is also the former Co-chair of the Orlando Regional Chamber of Commerce special events committee. All of this experience has allowed him to become well-versed with the convention and event market, thereby giving him a unique understanding of what issues are most important to meeting planners.

An active martial artist, Michael is a former member of the ATF National Tae Kwon Do Exhibition Team and continues to train in Orlando. As the President and Founder of Motivational Concepts, a dynamic speaking and training company, Michael "walks the talk" of progressive, results-oriented leadership.
