Michael Stahl
is the Founding Partner and President of Motivational
Concepts and Managing Partner of Road to Results. He is an alumnus of Oklahoma State University and
has traveled to 18 countries around the globe.
In 1987 he was one of 23 people in the United States to
receive the prestigious Horatio Alger Scholarship for
Distinguished Americans. As a certified black belt in Tae
Kwon Do, Michael has learned real-world leadership
strategies
that will give your organization more effective
performance, increased morale and improved
bottom-line results. He is also a former member of
the American Tae Kwon Do Federation national exhibition
team. Michael knows the meaning of integrity
and perseverance
and he knows how to instill those qualities in your work
force.
He learned the secrets of customer service
from the Walt Disney Company where he was on the opening
team for the world premiere of the Disney/MGM Studios in
1989. As a performance assessment specialist, Michael has
worked with corporate teams in 35 cities across North
America to define challenges and provide solutions. |

speaker, corporate trainer and performance management coach, he has
worked with some of the world’s largest companies and organizations
to instill the passion of inspired performance. Actively involved in
the National Speakers Association, he is a former president of NSA
Central Florida. Michael has also written for magazines like
Entrepreneurial Edge, Marketplace and is the former Managing Editor
of Business Solutions Magazine. He has written extensively on the
subject of inner motivation and has appeared on CNN Financial News
discussing effective business strategies to achieve optimum results. |

Ted Bayouth
is Managing Partner of Motivational Concepts and Road to
Results. He has been in
real-world sales and leadership positions for over 27 years.
He founded and served as Chairman of his own successful
construction and painting company where he learned how to
thrive in an ever changing business environment. Being
responsible for hiring as well as profit and loss statements
for the company taught Ted how to understand business and
win in a competitive marketplace. He has been recognized
with numerous awards in the arenas of sales, leadership and
public speaking. For the last 13 years, Ted has participated
in the constant study of how to get outstanding
results in sales and business. He provides clients
with the practical tools they need to improve
leadership skills, increase sales and raise customer
satisfaction.
Ted’s
successful real-world experience is matched by his intense
study with business giants such as Zig Zigler, Tom Hopkins
and Tony Robbins. Having worked as an executive “in the
trenches”, Ted is a person that knows how to diagnose your
challenges and give you the right answers for your
business. He has also produced a cable TV show for
over ten years that has provided the opportunity for sales
and business leaders to achieve personal and
organizational goals. |
